Signing up is easy, just follow these three simple steps.

1) Create your profile by entering your name, email and password.

2) Enter your shipping address.

3) Upload a clear and legible image of your government-issued photo ID. We only accept the following: Driver’s License, Citizenship Card or Passport (must be 19+ to join).

Note: Once you complete the sign-up, your membership will be pending approval. Please allow up to 24-hours for ID verification. Once your ID has been verified it will be permanently deleted from our files.

Yes, the ordering process is safe. The packaging is discreet and smell-proof, all packages come in a box and are vacuum packed.

Mail order marijuana has been around for 20 years and there are very few incidences of package “seizures” worth reporting. Canada Post and the RCMP do not work together in any way and they have no way of enforcing that packages indeed do not contain marijuana. To quote from a CBC news article: “And it can be difficult for police to seize illegal drugs in the mail system. The Canadian Association of Police Chiefs says the Canada Post Corporation Act prevents them from obtaining warrants to seize mail, except in rare cases where there’s a national security risk.”

Here’s a step-by-step guide to placing your order online with MMJ Direct.

  1. Click on the desired product(s), choose your weight and quantity then click “Add to Cart”. You will then have the option to “View Cart” or “Continue Shopping”.
  2. At the “View Cart” page; you can edit your order, apply coupons and view shipping costs.
  3. When you “Checkout”, the order details including the Order # and Interac e-Transfer instructions will be emailed to you.
  4. Next, login to your online banking and send the full order amount to order@mmjdirect.ca and provide a security question. The password to the security question MUST be ‘mmjdirect’ (all lowercase). Note: Partial payments are NOT accepted. Do not forget to include your Order # in the notes section when sending the Interac e-Transfer.
  5. Please allow up to 24 hours for your payment to be processed. You will be notified by email of your order status and tracking information.

No, it’s best to create a new order.  

Orders can be canceled in the ‘My Account Page’ if you’re logged in. Alternately, email us at info@mmjdirect.ca and we’ll cancel the order if requested.

Orders can not be canceled after payment has been received.

A: The minimum product order amount is $70. 

We subsidize the shipping costs and our margins are low. We need to have a minimum order amount so that we do not lose money on orders.

We accept Interac e-Transfers.

We’ve had to change our recipient info as Interac flagged our account for some reason, likely the nature of the industry that we’re in.   

Check future invoices as we may have to update the recipient email in the future to respond to Interac’s policies with this industry.

How to Set up your e-Transfer:

To send payment through e-Transfer, login to your bank account online, click Transfer > Interac e-Transfer.  Add a recipient by entering the name – Websupport, email address (as instructed on your invoice / final payment screen) –and provide a security question. The password to the security question MUST be ‘medicine’ (all lowercase).

 

Lastly, just select how much you need to send. 

We will process your order and ship it within 1 business day.

Once your order has shipped, the tracking info will be sent by email.

Your order will be kept ‘On Hold’ for 48 hours. If payment is not received within the 48 hour period, your order will be cancelled.

We do not accept returns. Once your package has been shipped all items are non-refundable. We may credit your account or send a replacement.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost. A tracking code will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow 2-5 business days for your package to arrive.

We offer free shipping for all orders over $150 and $10 flat rate for all other orders.

Our advanced shipping methods ensure your security and privacy. You can feel comfortable shipping our packages to your home, office, hotel or wherever you need your medicine shipped in Canada.

Vacuum sealed smell proof bags are used for any Cannabis. Protective boxes are included with every order. The whole package is Vacuum sealed before being put into a standard Canada Post XpressPost envelope.

We have not had a package seized and have a 100% end-user delivery rate.

If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date contact us and we will file a trace with Canada Post. If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation. If the package is located, you will receive it a few days later, if Canada Post is unable to locate your package we will send you a replacement free of charge.

  1. The postal worker put the package in the wrong mailbox, or
  2. What often happens is that a postal worker will scan all packages saying they were “Successfully Delivered” then spends that day and/or the next day delivering them.

Note: If your Canada Post shipping status is “Successfully Delivered” and you did not receive your package, please contact us and we will file a trace with Canada Post. If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation which can take 5 business days to complete. If the search results prove that the items were lost we will send you a one time replacement free of charge. If the result remains “Successfully Delivered” we will not be able to replace your order.

Recommended:

  • Please make sure that the shipping address you provided is correct by logging into your profile.
  • If you have a community mailbox, make sure you specify the mailbox number.
  • Check with your neighbours to see if they accidentally retrieved your package.
